Oak is a cosy 2 bedroom cabin which can sleep up to 5 guests (maximum 5 adults). This beautiful Log Cabin has a wealth of character and is situated in extensive grounds in a peaceful woodland setting.

Approximately 250 metres from the shore of Loch Awe, the accommodation consists of open plan Lounge, dining area and kitchen, double bedroom, triple-bunk room and family shower room and a wood fired hot tub (optional).

The lounge / dining area has Satellite TV, Blu-ray/DVD, sofa, easy chairs, dining table for eight and a lovely wood burning stove. WiFi is available throughout the cabin free of charge.

The kitchen area is well equipped, with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchenware. 

A family shower room is tastefully finished and has electric shower, wash basin, toilet and shaver point.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed,  wardrobe / clothes storage and bed side cabinet. Bedroom 2 has a single bed and bunk beds, built in wardrobe and bed side cabinet. (Top bunk suitable for children under 16 only).

(Optional Hot Tub)

Oak Cabin has a Scandinavian style, wood fired hot tub for guests to relax in while taking in the view or enjoying the amazing Argyll night skies. This is charged at an extra £99 / stay (includes 3 bags of logs) Extra logs can be purchased from our House Keeper. Please be aware that this is a traditional hot tub and not a Jacuzzi / spa and water is heated by a wood fired burner, which may take some while (4-5 hours in first instance) to heat. A Pre-light service is available for a small additional charge to have the tub hot and ready for your arrival.

Outside there is parking for 2 cars,  with garden furniture, a BBQ / fire pit area and ample grounds. The cabin is close to a large open meadow on which children can play safely.
