GUEST REVIEWS

Absolutely loved staying in Osprey Cabin. The beds were so comfy, the view was breathtaking and the hot tub was the cherry on top.
Everything we needed was in the cabin, we'd definitely stay again! Vickers, Oct 2021

Such a fabulous property with amazing views and access to some stunning areas around Loch Awe. Loads of space and fabulous facilities. Great view and so quiet.

Tips for other travellers
Do try to go to the Rowan cafe along the road. Lovely staff. Cute shop and fabulous breakfast rolls!!
Also explore the standing stones and chambered cairns half an hour away in Kilmartin glen.
We brought our own food but think you can get a Tesco delivery right to the cabin if that helps anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Oak Cabin and would definitely recommend to others that are looking for a log cabin get away. The pre-lit service for the hot tub was perfect as meant we could use it as soon as we arrived.
The cabin had everything that you need and is extremely clean.

Well this is becoming an annual trip to the Cabin with our first stay back in 2017. We have thought about trying somewhere different but we keep returning as we always have such a great time, we know it’s well equipped and we are still finding different things to do. It’s very remote and and perfect for getting away from it all. Kids love the hot tub and the cabin is really comfortable, becoming a home from home.
This time round we took bikes with us. We biked up Glen Lonan (starts in Taynult) - amazing views back to Ben Cruachan and we cycled up to a place called Angus’s Garden - a serene memorial garden nestled in the hills with a Loch and woodland walks. Well worth a visit by bike or you can drive.  Lewis, Jun 2021
